  Gas pump was out of paper requiring me to go inside for my receipt to get my car wash I paid for at the pump. No one was available at 5pm. I waited a few min in case they were out back. After 1 customer left tired of waiting I asked the DD crew colocated if they knew where the cashier was. They didn't. A few more mins and 3 more customers in line I went to DD crew again. They yelled for Ben and within another min he showed up from outside on break. Was not impressed with over a 5 min wait for someone to even show up. Management might want to staff two employees m-f during the After work commute rush. There were a lot of unhappy customers.

  The price is unmatched in the area. Thanks telesales rep quote me an exorbitant price, and I had made up my mind that this would not work for me. I only took Walter's call as a courtesy as I had already scheduled a viewing. Boy, I'm glad that I did take the call! Walter was willing to work with me to schedule the viewing outside business hours (I went there around 6:30 pm). He was professional... he explained the infra and amenities I'd get if I signed up. Not once in the viewing process did he push the sale. He just gave me the information. The price negotiation was very quick and Walter gave me a great price. Been a tenant for just over 45 days and it's been great. Keri, the community manager is awesome. Very friendly and cheerful. She's prompt in responding to requests, and willing to consider special requests without a fuss. Overall, great infrastructure, awesome people and I'd definitely recommend it.

  I had the same exact experience as Rebecca Doe as I would not recommend Kysa Crusco for any sort of representation or you will be extremely disappointed. For someone to actually take the time to file a complaint, you need to know it is "valid" and not just speaking from some sort of loss in a case. You will go in for your initial consultation and Kysa will make you feel as though there is "nothing to worry about" and by hiring her it will be money well spent. However, there is little to no communication as you will need to reach out to her "several times" and as Rebecca stated, you will have to chase her to find out if an e-mail has been received as there is never any follow up. She will also bill you for services that are not valid and if you try to dispute them after paying her thousands, she will hire a collection attorney to take you to court as she will not appear herself and will inflate the initial amount due by waiting years later to add on finance charges, court fees, etc...(I guess she doesn't believe in "communication" as she is afraid to use a phone and e-mail is out of the question) as it is very obvious why she will not appear to represent herself as it's not that she doesn't have the time - it's because she knows that her former client is 100% correct and she will lose. As Rebecca stated, I also had to discontinue Kysa's services and hire another attorney. Beware of her response to this as you are just setting yourself up for disappointment. There are several other attorneys in the area to chose from and even though she may offer a discounted rate, in the end it's not worth the loss or aggravation. I am personally taking this case to a higher level to fight for what is fair. I would not take any notice to her response to this as she will manipulate it as she did Rebecca's. Do yourself a favor and chose someone else.

  I had GCI internet for over 5 years. All of a sudden in the last 3 months since being bought by the Colorado company, my data is getting used up in 5-10 days of the billing cycle. WHY????? Five years no problem then all of a sudden price went up and data is used up for no reason. SCAM ALERT!!!!! #GCIRIPPOFF
