  Cailin was an absolute pleasure to work with! She is very professional, friendly, energetic and easy to work with. She has superior knowledge of the market and ins and outs of negotiating. Cailin was amazing at accommodating our crazy work schedules and always being available at last minutes notice, to bring us to see newly listed homes. This was key because in this market, many homes are going under contract with a week of being listed, and often it's even within a day or two. She was quick to answer any questions we had, prepare offers for us and also a timeline once we were under contract. I highly recommend her!
